Return Window
Customers may request a return or replacement within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order.

Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure transparency and prevent fraudulent claims, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. The video must start before the package is opened and clearly show the product inside.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged during delivery
• The customer received a wrong product
• The product is defective or not functioning as intended

Non Eligible Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

• No unboxing video is provided
• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
• The issue is related to minor packaging damage that does not affect the product

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and unboxing video.
  3. Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
